How did you get into Pilates?
I was battling chronic hyper-mobility and the only thing I was truly getting stronger from was Pilates. I was instantly addicted and wanted other people feel as strong as I did.
Why do you love Pilates?
I think it’s a workout you don’t necessarily feel pain from. You teach your body to feel better and take an hour to get fully into yourself.
Why did you become an instructor?
I like to be a good part of someone’s day and supply them with a workout to feel better.
What makes your class special?
I truly give lots of attention to each person, and I am passionate about doing things correctly at each person’s pace. Also, I’m a fun person.
Why do you love teaching at New York Pilates?
Oh my gosh, because it’s the best! New York Pilates cares about developing instructors and it’s an amazing environment to be a part of.
How long have you been an instructor?
Since January 2016
Do you prefer fitness or technical classes?
Technical because it’s what’s better for my body. Pilates is great because it teaches you correctly how to use your body in everyday life.
