How did you get into Pilates?
I am a dancer, and I found Pilates through dance. I liked the way it made my body stronger and in shape.
Why do you love Pilates?
The human body can be fixed, straightened, stretched, and is absolutely amazing. Pilates is a healthy way to exercise and is for every body!
Why did you become an instructor?
I started Pilates to stay involved in dance, and once I gave it a try, I fell in love.
What makes your class special?
I really think about my classes a lot, and consider each person’s concerns or goals.
Why do you love teaching at New York Pilates?
New York Pilates challenges me. In this studio, we are always looking for ways to improve, learn from one another, and stay inspired.
How long have you been an instructor?
Do you prefer fitness or technical classes?
I’m not into “burning out” when I work out, and I balance the fitness and technical elements in each of my classes.
