Pilates is amazing in so many ways, but one of the reasons I love Pilates is that it’s for everybody. If you have a goal, Pilates will help get you there. From toning your abs, to returning to exercises after shoulder injury, from preparing to be a new mom, to simply learning how to breathe, focus and concentrate – Pilates has you covered. Its genius!
Why did you become an instructor?
It was a natural progression after studying Pilates for nearly a decade throughout my schooling. Truly though- teaching Pilates is fun and fulfilling. I get to see peoples’ bodies and health improve every single day.
What makes your class special?
My class is calm and chill, but is very challenging. I make a huge effort to give individual corrections and adjustments – you definitely won’t be able to cheat in my class!
